When you next board the train from London to nip over to France for the day to indulge in some cheap shopping, a City break or a sunny holiday down in the South of France, spare a thought for all the nationalities that have joined together to get you there. For the Managers on the Eurostar come from all over mainland Europe as well as the UK, comprising Dutch, French, Scottish, English, Irish and Turkish. With such a diverse community it’s hardly surprising that sometimes individual cultures may cause a bit of friction. Now the company can boast one of the most excellent performing teams in the country thanks to the work they’ve undertaken on customer service improvements with Tracy Meachin-Adams and her team at Dynamic Solutions.
